Yes. MTI is a licensed general contractor carrying the insurance coverage required for residential, commercial, and public-sector work, including general liability and workers' compensation.

Yes. We actively pursue public-sector work, with projects for the Town of Davie Police Department and the City of Lauderdale Lakes. We're set up to handle the bonding, insurance, and compliance requirements that come with municipal bid work.
