MTI built Hair Culture Day Spa from the ground up, managing every phase from permitting and city approvals through final finishes to bring the client's full vision to life. The finished space includes:

• 10 custom styling stations

• 4 shampoo bowls

• A dedicated color bar

• A break room and staff bathroom

• A head spa area featuring a custom starry-ceiling lighting installation and two specialized convertible salon chair-to-bed units

• A guest restroom

The layout was reworked  throughout construction to fit the client's evolving vision, with MTI coordinating city approvals,                        permitting, and every trade on-site to deliver a fully finished, move-in-ready space.
