MTI renovated a 2,200 SF portion of the Town of Davie Police Department. Work was coordinated closely with department operations and security protocols to minimize disruption to daily use of the facility.

 

The scope included:​

• A demountable modular wall system replacing the existing cubicle partitions, for a durable, reconfigurable interior

• New secure card-access doors at Records Storage, the Docking Station, and the main corridor entry, coordinated with the Town's security vendor

• Wall-mounted TVs in the Digital Evidence Office with dedicated data and HDMI infrastructure

• Electrical infrastructure upgrades, including new panelboards and transformers to support the renovated space

• New LVT flooring, rubber base, and repainted walls throughout
